7/06 Before Site Prep.

The land was originally listed at $295,000, but through skilled negotiation, we secured it for $260,000, saving the buyers $35,000. This win was just the beginning of the journey. The approval process required navigating regulations and permits from Multnomah County, the City of Portland, and the City of Gresham. Throughout the year-long transaction, we encountered several unexpected challenges, including the need to change the planned build location and cut back trees to gain driveway access approval, among many others.
